Step 2: Intentional and Flexible Middle Pathways
After Foundations, individuals may move into one or more of the following pathways, depending on their spiritual readiness and relational needs:
These pathways are intentionally interchangeable and may be combined or revisited as needed. There is no one-size-fits-all path. Our goal is unhurried, Spirit-led formation that honors each person’s path of growth.

Step 4: Final Destination
Missions – Everyone lives sent:
Serving in the church, discipling others, and participating in local or global missions.
Formation leads to participation. Every disciple is called to embody the Gospel.
As we follow this pathway, the Spirit of God rests on us, shaping us into a people who live, serve, and lead from resting in the presence of Jesus.

Intentional and Spirit-Led: A Pathway That Honors the Pace of Real Discipleship
While the discipleship pathway is structured for clarity, it is not rigid. It is built to reflect the truth that real spiritual growth is rarely linear. People come to Jesus at different stages of life, with different histories, and different needs. That is why, although Foundations is the one required starting point, what follows is intentionally flexible.
This flexibility is not a lack of direction. It is a pastoral commitment to intentional, Spirit-led formation. We are not offering multiple options simply for the sake of variety. We are intentionally cultivating a culture that values discernment, relationship, and readiness. We want to meet people where they are and walk with them at a pace that allows roots to grow deep.

We are intentionally cultivating a culture that values discernment, relationship, and readiness. We want to meet people where they are and walk with them at a pace that allows roots to grow deep.
We believe that as we create space for this kind of intentional growth, the Spirit of God will rest on us, guiding each person’s formation and empowering their obedience. Our aim is not to rush people through a program but to form disciples who behold Jesus, are transformed by His Spirit, and begin to live as agents of His Kingdom.
Every part of this pathway—whether group-based, one-on-one, or classroom—has been prayerfully designed to offer intentional and unhurried spaces where real growth happens. No matter the sequence, the destination is the same: maturity, mission, and a life shaped by Jesus.
